Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted with lower limb fractures of the lower limbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple fractures were excluded The patients who do not reside in the Gauteng region were excluded for follow up purposes
