Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients above the age of 18 years. both genders suffering of a diagnosed keloid scar in any part of their body will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnancy ? History of malignancy or radiation therapy ? Infections or viral skin diseases ? Immunosuppression ? Long-term systemic corticosteroid therapy ? The use of any treatment for the scar 6 months prior to the initiation of therapy.
