Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18 ASA physical status class I–II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant medical or psychiatric problems which prevent completion follow-up Acute or Chronic pain diagnosis History of upper gastrointestinal bleeding related to previous NSAID therapy Comorbidities (Anemia, DM, HTN, Arthritis) Moderate or severe renal impairment (serum creatinine >1.6mg/dl). Known Asthmatic patient History of alcohol, opiate or other drug abuse Use of NSAIDs or Paracetamol within 24 hours of surgery Participants with known allergies for paracetamol, diclofenac or tramadol
