Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults > 18 years heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction == 90 mmhg) blood concentration of vitamin D =< 50 nmol/l

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non inclusion criteria heart faiture decompensation and worsening clinical status, cardiogenic schock renal insufficiency with cockroft formula creatinin claerance = 2.6 mmol/l baseline blood concentration of vitamin D > 50nmol/l exclusion criteria calcemia > 2.6 mmol/l before the second administration of vitamin D blood concentration of vitamin D > 50nmol/l before the second administration of vitamin D
