Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Females aged between 21 – 60 years • Patients ASA class II (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Grade II) = (patients with mild systemic disease and no functional limitations). • Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) = 35.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients with history of bleeding diathesis or on anticoagulant. • Patients with relevant drug allergy. • Prior surgery in the supraclavicular, infraclavicularor axillary regions. • Patients with psychiatric illnesses, opioid dependence; alcohol or drug abuse that would interfere with perception and assessment of pain. • Patients with any metastasis. • Deformities of (face, teeth,tongue,palate,mandible,neck) that interfere with airway management.
