Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. All women in Kano state diagnosed by a Gynecologist or Uro-surgeon to have Post Repair Incontinence three month post Obstetric Fistula repair.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Women that had surgery for both rectal and vaginal fistula. ii. Women with fecal incontinence. iii. Women receiving any other form of treatment that involves Pelvic Floor rehabilitation. iv. Women having urinary tract infection will be ruled out using urine microscopy. v. Women having Post Repair Incontinence following recurrent fistula repair. vi. Women above the age of 50 will be excluded, because as women ages there are changes in the bladder and pelvic structures that can increase the risk of developing incontinence.
