Inclusion criteria: Must present with diagnostic criteria of an active hamstring muscle trigger point

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to soft tissue massage Hamstring muscle tears Contraindications to ischaemic compression Participants using any conventional medical treatment - analgesics, anti-inflammatories etc
