Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of oral erosive LP was based on clinical manifestations and confirmed by incisional biopsy according to the modified WHO criterial 2003. Patient’s age range between 30-60 years old. Both males and females will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking and tobacco use in any form. Pregnant and lactating females. Patients with suspected restoration or drug-related reaction (Lichenoid contact/drug reaction). Patients with any systemic disease (diabetes, live disease, renal disease. Ect.) Patients with cutaneous Lichen planus (skin lesions associating OLP) or any other extraoral-mucosal site. Patients with history of cancer
