Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Inclusion Criteria: Patients planned for modified radical mastectomy of American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) class = 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of ASA class = III patients with renal insufficiency (creatinine > 1.5 mg/dL).

Measure	Time frame
-Total 24 and 48 hours Post-operative morphine consumption (PCA) to keep VAS score = 3 and time to first dose of morphine.	—
