Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are being regularly subjected to Hemodialysis, three times a week; both gender, being aged between 20 and 60 years; and not practicing in any exercise program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • History of malignancy or autoimmune diseases. • Uncontrolled arterial hypertension, • Ischemic cardiopathy • Deep vein thrombosis • Amputation • Epilepsy. • AIDS • Excessive pallor • Severe dyspnea • Uncontrolled diabetes. • Femoral fistula • Arrhythmias • Precordial pain • Orthopedic or neurological compromising • Patients have reasons to be in a catabolic state (including HIV). • Cognitive alterations affecting their participation in the proposed protocol.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Calcium, Phosphorus and PTH.

Quality of life will be evaluated before and after the exercise period.
