Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • All children 6-24 months age with their mothers • Living in food in secured households • Targeted for productive safety net program • Are permanent residents of the study area, living at least for 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • All children residing in areas where nutrition sensitive interventions currently implemented either by government or non-government agencies in the selected cluster • Households which is too hard to reach • Children with known chronic or acute illness and bedridden during the study period.
