Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria in the two groups were adult patient with aseptic non-union of femoral or tibial shaft fracture after intramedullary nailing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Septic non-union children recent fractures
