Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- All players were males with normal healthy subjects. 2- Ages of players ranged from 21 to 35 years. 3- All players were active players. 4- The participants were free of any hamstring injury at least for 6 months before applying the protocol. 5- All players entered the study had their signed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Commencing participation in a team after the start of the trial. 2. Any previous lower extremity injury that required medical attention in the past 6 months. 3. Any systemic disease, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders. 4. Any surgery in the previous year.

| The initial and recurrent injury rates were decreased in both the intervention and control group, but the intervention was with more decrease than the control in which the intervention was only one hamstring strain injury that lasts for one day with no recurrences, but the control group was 3 hamstring injuries that lasted from 2-3 days, and 1 recurrent injury and, so total 4 injuries and one recurrent compared to last season 13 injuries and recurrent 7 injuries one of them was severe and exceeded 2 months absence of play and 5 was moderate injury with average week to 10 days absence of play. | — |
