Inclusion criteria: patients with sickle cell disease ages range between (5- 18) years, will be recruited for the study during their consultation at FathAlrahmaan Albasheer outpatient clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities like: hepatitis HIV end-stage renal disease
