Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with MAM, mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) of =11.5 to 12.5 cm and/or Weight for height z scores, < -2 and = -3 based on WHO growth reference and those who are currently living in the study area. Subjects who are planning to continue to live in the study area for the next 6 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely malnourished children, Children with chronic illnesses or other medical complications that prevented them from safely ingesting supplementary food, Children already participating in other interventions will be excluded.
