Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Women aged 12-49 years, =4months pregnant • Residence in the study area during the entire pregnancy • Provision of informed consent for study participation • Meet income bracket as defined by the tool that will be employed in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Above income bracket as defined in the study • Pregnancy above four months • Refused to provide informed consent
