Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Females aged 15 to 19 years, ii) Refugees settled within Palabek refugee settlement between December 2018 and March 2019, iii) Currently not using any modern contraceptives and consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Cannot comprehend either English, Nuer (local language used in the camp) or Arabic ii) Pregnant or planning to get pregnant in the next 12 months iii) Are physically or mentally unable to adhere to study procedures like interviews.

Measure	Time frame
Uptake of modern contraceptives defined as accepting and initiating use of modern contraceptives as desired by participant. This will be analysed as a bivariate variable, with acceptance and initiation coded as 1 and non-acceptance as 0.	—
