Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient between 18- 65 years undergoing elective laparatomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgery Patients known to have thoraco-lumbar pathology Patients known to have coagulopathy Known bupivacaine or fentanyl hypersensitivity.
