Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All primary caregivers of children aged between zero and twelve months participating in the intervention program will be eligible for inclusion in the evaluation study. Families in the intervention program are selected on the basis of their vulnerability status (for example, health and nutrition indicators, HIV exposure, poverty levels). They will be long-term residents (more than one year) of the study area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any short-term residents (less than one year) will be excluded from the study. Caregivers of children above the age of three years will also be excluded from the study. Also excluded will be women (or men) incapable of providing consent (e.g. those with mental impairments)
