Inclusion criteria: Adult patients scheduled for elective TIPS procedure with stable haemodynamic condition and acceptable echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac co-morbidity. Severe coagulation disorder. Renal failure. Neoplastic disease.
