Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: neurosurgery, General, plastic and orthopedic patients who will undergo wrist and hand surgery. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I and II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: peripheral vascular disease, coronary artery disease, sickle cell anemia. history of allergy to any drug. impaired kidney function. history of chronic liver disease. pregnancy. history of cardiac arrhythmias. neuromuscular disorders. patients on medications in¿uencing blood ¿ow such as Sildenafil and NTG.
