Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-40 years BMI: 20 - 35kg/m2 Women only

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Injury or clinical diagnosis that will exclude them from taking part in exercise. BMI: less than 20 and greater than 35 kg/m2. Known or treated hypertension, diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Age: less than 18 or over 40 years. Men
