Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children undergoing adeno-tonsillectomy. 2) Males and females 3) age from 3¿12 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Skin lesions near acupuncture sites. 2) Psychiatric disorders. 3) Coagulopathy. 4) Intake of medications possibly affecting postoperative pain.
