Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Full term pregnant Female attending elective cesarean section 2- The fetal head is found to be high floatinger the level of uterine incision during cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Presence of maternal disease affecting fetal condition like DM or hypertension 2- Female with premature rupture of membrane 3- Female with history of preterm labour in that pregnancy 4- Female having false labour pain before delivery 5- Macrocosmic baby , or baby suspected to be IUGR
