Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. post injection sciatic pain of not more than one year 2. participants that stopped medication for two weeks before intervention 3. participants without foot drop 4. age range of 20 to 50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. spondylosis 2. osteoarthritis of the knee 3. metallic implant 4. mentally unbalanced participants 5. participants that refused to stop medication 6. very elderly people
