Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently healthy young females 2.Participants between the ages of 18-25 years. The selected age range was aimed to eliminate the influence of age on the dependent variables (electromyographic muscular activity) 3.Participants who are not actively engaged in any overhead activity. This helped to eliminate previous conditioning of musculoskeletal responses to overhead activities. 4.Participants who have no deformities in the upper limb. 5.Right-handed individuals in order to ensure uniformity in muscular dominance
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with history of musculoskeletal and neurological disorder of the shoulder joint 2.Participants that are unable to stand independently 3.Participants with limb length discrepancy 4.Participants with upper limb deformities
