Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1-Patients¿ age varies between 30 ¿ 60 years. 2-Patients reported pain over lateral epicondyle for at least 3 months. 3-Patients will not involve in a regular exercise program 4 weeks prior to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria: 1-Patients with polyarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff tendonitis, cervical spondylosis and neurological abnormalities in affected area (Nirchl et al, 2003). 2-Patients with cardiac pacemakers or metal implants 3-Osteoporotic and rheumatoid arthritis patients. 4-Pregnant women with lateral epicondylitis
