Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with a first trimester incomplete miscarriage confirmed clinically, with a positive urine or serum pregnancy test or with an ultrasound, which have no contraindication to the use of the study drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have known allergy to any of the study drugs 2. Patients who do not consent to the study.
