Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group (40-70 years) with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I,II,III scheduled for elective cataract surgery under regional anesthesia,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: unco-operative patients and those with axial length(AL) more than 28 millimeters(mm), posterior staphyloma , complicated vitreous hemorrhage or contraindications to local anesthesia were excluded. Preparation of all patients:
