Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Apparent good health - Age ranging 18 to 59 months; - Haemoglobin rate ranging 7 to 11 g/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Current iron supplementation; - Apparent signs of severe malnutrition; - An observed chronic pathology (tuberculosis, AIDS, cycle cell disease¿); - Severe acute infection (serious malaria, pneumonia, meningitis¿); - Blood transfusion of less than 3 months; - Allergy to the cow's milk and/or to the gluten
