Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ¿ 45 subjects with sedentary life style of both sexes age ranging from 18 to 30 years old.22 ¿ Asymptomatic rounded shoulder deformity the distance between on the table and the acromion>2.5 cm17 ¿ Asymptomatic forward head posture with craniovertebra l angle < 49 degrees21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ¿ Impingement syndrome ¿ Shoulder fracture ¿ Shoulder dislocation ¿ Cardiovascular problems that might contraindicate the exercise ¿ Recent shoulder surgery ¿ Atheletes ¿ Performing any other strengthening or stretching program
