Inclusion criteria: pregnant patients with: Essential hypertension Renal disease past or family history of preeclampsia Any other risk factors for preeclampsia except diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitvity to treatment Diabetes mellitus
