Inclusion criteria: - Child with at least one white spot enamel lesion on smooth surface - Non cavitated white chalky spot lesion - Readings on diagnodent 15-20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Child allergic to milk proteins - Uncooperative child
