Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I and II aged from 18 to 65 years of either sex undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fractures, metastatic fractures of the spine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergies to any drug used in the study patients with a pregnancy patients on sustained release narcotics and substance abuse patients not giving consent
