Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ¿ Having non specific neck pain ¿ Duration of symptoms more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ¿ Hemorrhagic stroke patient ¿ Ischemic stroke patients with possible vascular damage ¿ Sustained high or low blood glucose (>300 or 220 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >140 mmHg) ¿ Hypotension (systolic blood pressure <80 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure <50 mmHg) ¿ History of vascular disease and use of an intravenous or intra-arterial thrombolytic ¿ Epilepsy ¿ Multiple sclerosis ¿ Dystonia ¿ Abnormal peripheral function nerve ¿ Skin infection.
