Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Adult. 2- Both sexes. 3-Fractures that involve the anterior column of the acetabulum: 4- Fractures that displaced >2mm, or with step-off >1mm. 5-Fractures that involve the quadrilateral plate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Open fractures. 2- Posterior-only fractures: posterior column or posterior wall. 3- Medical contra-indications. 4- history of cesarean section or bladder surgery.
