Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruitment criteria included Clomiphene Citrate Resistant Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome women who had severe OHSS during previous IVF cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with any history of drug sensitivity or co-morbidity were excluded. Exclusion also included; women with any contraindication to laparoscopy or general anesthesia; like multiple laparotomies or history of extensive adhesions, acute and chronic PID, and un-controlled general diseases.
