Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed PCOS young single women Aged 16-35 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Women recruited had no concurrent illness -21-hydroxylase deficiency, hyperprolactinaemia, Cushing¿s disease and androgen-secreting tumors were excluded by appropriate tests -Women were not on any prescription or over-the-counter medication which might affect insulin sensitivity, lipids or ovarian function
