Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age of the patients will be ranged from 35 to 55 years.-each patient suffers from lumbar radiculopathy diagnosed clinically by SLR test and the diagnosis will be confirmed by lumbpsacral MRI with L4-L5 and/or L5-S1 disc bulge and the duration of the illness lasts more than 3 months.-Subjects with negative SLR test will be concluded for control group.-BMI for all subjects in the study will be normal and/or overweight ranges from 18.5 up to <30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The potential participation will be excluded when they had one of the following criteria:-History of cerebral concussion, orthopedic or vestibular disorders.-any neurological deficit affecting balance e.g parkingsons.-Vascular disease with neurological component.-Osteomuscular lesions in other joints.-Patients with clinical history of spine surgery.-alterations of the centerof gravity such as pregnancy.-Chronic alcoholics or use of alcohol in the 24 hours of preceding tests.-Individuals with important visual acuity impairement
