Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients coming for hand & forearm surgery age between 20-60 years old weight between 50 and 100 kg classified by the American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status as class I, II & III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient¿s refusal history of allergic reactions to local anaesthetics coagulopathy anatomical deformities or infection at the block site neurological deficits on the operated extremity ASA risk classification of IV.
