Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-children between 4 and 10 years of both sexes 2-children that will be subjected to adenotonsillectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- muscle disease as myopathes, mythania gravies. 2- allergy to magnesium compounds 3- congenital heart disease 4- renal or hepatic diseases
