Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All mothers undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ¿All patients that are contraindicated to take orally immediately post operation. ¿Failed spinal anesthesia, thus resorting to general anesthesia. ¿Known allergies to the study medication.
