Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Body mass index equal or more than 40 2- both male and female 3-age between 20 and 60 4- undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy 5- suffering from OSA as diagnosed by STOP BANG score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, heart failure. 2- complicated uncontrolled diabetes 3-Active peptic ulcer 4-BMI above 60 5-angina, core pulmonale,tachydysrythmia, 6- seizures, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism 7- Pregnancy, Alcoholism, allergy to xanthine compounds.
