Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed to have empyema and indicated for decortication operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to tolerate single lung ventilation. Ventilator dependency. contraindication for general anesthesia. known previous pleurdesis. Previous thoracoscopic surgery.
