Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Chronic back pain 2-No response to conservative therapy (rest+analgesia+physiotherapy)for six months 3-Disc pathology (herniation, prolapse, inflammation and muscle spasm) in imaging by CT(COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY) or MRI (MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patient refusal 2-Malignancy in the spine 3-Fracture in the spine 4-Infection at site of epidural injection 5-Coagulopathy 6-Increased intra-cranial pressure
