Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Traumatic unidirectional anterior shoulder instability. 2-Glenoid bone deficiency more than 25% of surface area of glenoid . 3-Hill-Sachs lesion off-track type will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Glenoid bone loss less than 25% of its surface area. . 2-On-track Hill-Sachs lesion. . 3-Soft tissue Bankart without bone loss. . 4-Multi directional instability.

MeasureTime frame
difference between the group of patients underwent Laterjet procedure alone and Latarjet plus remplissage regarding to the Oxford instability score, Constant shoulder function score, Samilson and Prieto radiological level of arthropathy and Visual analogue score for pain intensity.
