Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Good oral hygiene need for inevitable extraction of single tooth in the maxillary anterior region natural teeth adjacent to the tooth to be extracted will be required to have complete occlusal surface and free from infection Patients welling to follow the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute infection at the tooth site Any systemic condition or medication could affect the osseointegration of the dental implants Parafunctional habits Smokers more than 10 cigarettes per day Bleeding problems or anticoagulants Cervicofacial chemotherapy or radiotherapy
