Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients able to sign consent and undergoing a TKA with spinal anaesthesia will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: epidural any drug dependence psychological problems known allergy to any medication in the mixture uncontrolled angina neurological deficits renal insufficiency abnormal liver functions minors.
