Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of stroke is to be confirmed clinically and by CT or MRI of the brain. Patients with a stroke in the territory of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA) which usually has a greater impact on the lower extremity and gait Duration of illness ranges from 3-6 months from the onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment. Patients with language deficits or hearing impairment. Wheelchair and bed bound patients.
