Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically Defined (CDMS) patients; Remitting Relapsing type (RRMS) who have no relapses over the past three months. The age ranged from 20 ¿ 50 years. Ambulant patients with a score below 5.5 according to the Expanded Disability Severity Score (EDSS) (Appendix III). Patients with a score below eight according to Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS 21). Normal routine laboratory investigation. Patients with minimum years of education (nine years). Right handed patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any other neurological deficits or orthopedics abnormalities. Patients with secondary musculoskeletal complication such as contractures or deformities. Patients with peripheral vestibulopathy. Patients with hepatic, renal, hemopoeitic, thyroid and cardiovascular diseases. Patients with cognitive dysfunction. Patient with hearing deficits.
